The leadership and management of this place is just amazing. They appreciate and love everyone that loves books that loves being nerdy and loves being kind and respectful and amazing. The café barista‘s are just really really awesome and respectful and kind and they do not at all discriminate on the basis of color, no matter who walks in no matter what race no matter what ratio background they are kind to them. They’re nice to them. They treat them all absolutely equally and they do not make them feel uncomfortable or unwelcomeand do not excessively stare at them either. They’re just kinda nice and respectful and do all the right things which is amazing to see, which is nice to see the leadership and management makes sure that that happens and they are an excellent bookstore that appreciate people that learn knowledge learn wisdom and treat people from all genders, backgrounds colors, races, and minorities and majorities just the same way and kindly thank you so much you guys are amazing and I love bookstores.

I had a wonderful experience at Books-A-Million! Natalie was absolutely amazing; so friendly, attentive, and helpful during my visit. She went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, and her positive attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Shopping for granddaughters birthday. She had picked out a stuffed Pokémon and a book and then saw two more items she wanted. Her mother carefully explained we had another place to go for the birthday request she also wanted. I'd say BAM is diffently a hit!

I love reading so bam is a great place to shop i just wish its closer to my hometown. Its a long drive for me to get to the store so I don't shop it on a weekly basis like I would love too.
