Great staff and selection of books! We also had a lot of fun checking out the unique planners, games, stickers, decor and crafty items. This store is a gem. Highly recommend!

What a nice book store. Although I confess I did not buy a single book but bought a delicious dark chocolate and peanut butter cup candy bar. Varied and interesting books and small gifts in this store. A nice place if you need a book to read or buy a small gift. Or get your chocolate fix like me lol. I hope to go back some day and spend more time looking at the books. If you like downtown shopping like I do you will live this quaint quiet book store.

I love this place. It’s definitely small town bookstore in size but there is still a decent selection. They also have some different gift items I.e. stickers, candles, etc.

Cute hometown bookstore. A good size for a smaller town. Located on a fun strip of downtown Detroit Lakes. Come in and grab a book and go find a nice bench to read and people watch.

When I came in the young lady didn't didnt even notice me, tried to find a book on planets. After I realized that everything was cluttered with scented candles tourist gift started to wonder if it was a book store or a novelty store. But the best is when you try to find something when you can tell the employee doesn't want to be there.
