One of the best curated bookstores, with a rotating highlights table that features marginalized authors. I always find something new when I come here. I love that this store contributes to the community through collaborative events and partnerships, a poster window highlighting neighborhood activities, and regular book clubs.

I went to Books and Mortar today to pick out some new books, I was very excited! I walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged at all by whoever was behind the desk. There were no other customers they were tending to since I was the only one in there at the time. I don’t need a conversation but a simple hello when you’re not busy is very much appreciated. I did not feel welcome so me and my husband left within 2-3 minutes. I spend a lot of money on books but this shop definitely won’t be getting my support.

Great bookshop. Wide open design with lots of new books. Plenty of a selection for kids and adults and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommend spending your time here!

Great local bookstore. It's always fun to walk in and check out the displays. It's really easy to order/preorder a book through them too, if I'm looking for something that isn't in stock.
