I absolutely love Bound To Happen! From the wide selection of books to the charming little trinkets like magnetic bookmarks, everything about this bookstore is a delight. The stock is beautifully organized, making it easy to browse and discover new favorites. What I especially appreciate is how thoughtfully they cater to different age groups. My junior high daughter is obsessed with thriller and mystery books, and it’s often hard to find titles aimed at her age but Bound To Happen not only stocks them, it has a dedicated section so she can easily explore options suited just for her. My son, who is too young for her books but too old for storybooks, has a “Middle Reader” section all his own. He can enjoy age-appropriate, engaging stories without struggling to read beyond his level, while still getting quality plots and characters. This bookstore truly understands readers of all ages, and we always leave excited about our next visit. Highly recommend!

Good selection of books. I pre-ordered my book there to try and support a local business instead of B&N or other big stores, next time I might pre-order somewhere else. I RSVP'd for a book release event on their website for the book I pre-ordered, had an email conversation with the owner about the event prior to the event, I live 30 minutes away and made a special trip for this event and when I showed up the staff had no idea an event was supposed to be taking place. When I emailed the owner again, that same day, inquiring if there was a miscommunication, I never got a response back. This was almost a month ago. I might go back to look at the books if I'm in the area but I wouldn't count on any events they say are scheduled or the communication to be decent.

First time visiting. Beyond the fact that I got to meet my favorite author there, the shop is very cute, and I really liked the layout. I didn't get to the used book section cause I was fangirling a little too much, but I will definitely go back, even without the Patrick Rothfuss incentive. ☺️

A great bookstore! They have a wide selection, a little bit of everything for everyone. Plus they are accessible for those with mobility aids on the first floor.
