Cute small town book store. We stopped here for our first time. The staff was friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. Nice variety from children's to adult books. Well organized. Nice sitting area as well. They also offer story time for the little ones once per month.

Boxcar Books and Vinyl is an incredible bookshop. The entire staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and will help in anyway they can. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it within a few days! I have been blown away with their customer service and will always be a patron. Thank you Emily and the rest of the team at Boxcar!!

Very nice bookstore. Area for kids yo sit and read while parents shop. Good selection of vinyl. A must stop for your shopping.

Cute bookstore located in Downtown Hoopeston. Boxcar offers books of any genre, and always has the newest releases. For vinyl, the selection is small, but enough to be satisfied with. Also, they have bargain deal records, which were preowned, but still in good shape and quality. Please support this local business!
