Great Barnes & Noble on a large street with great atmosphere. But let's dig a little deeper. This Barnes & Noble is very large and clearly organized, with a good selection of books. Parking is almost always available, and there is a Starbucks inside that is open a lot of the time. The staff is extremely helpful and is never rude. Just a great bookstore with a great selection, atmosphere, and service.

Love this Barnes & Noble! Wonderful addition to the neighborhood, especially if you just need that nostalgic stroll through a good bookstore. Definitely grab a latte from the cafe before you go—Cece, Carla, and Emerson are incredibly kind souls and will take great care of you! : )

I love the new layout of BN. The entire store is amazing. I didn't have to much time to browse but I plan to make this my new chill place. The new café is awesome. Very roomy with a lot of yummy options.

One of the best Barnes and Noble locations in Houston! Rivals the River Oaks location. This place just opened in July 2024 and walking in, it smells amazing! It smells like a bookworms heaven. The store layout is spacious and inviting. The book selection is deep and catered for the local community. The accessories are beautiful and the staff members were hospitable. Arturo, a staff member of the team who was super helpful and professional was so good at his job, he easily got us to get a $39.99 yearly membership. I was a member years ago when it was $50.00 a year, however now the benefits are much better. From the deep discounts at their clean Starbucks, to the free tote bags, to the 10% off all purchases, and finally all the way to their free shipping on all online orders, it was an easy decision to become a premium member.

I walked up to a man who said he was the manager to ask a simple question. He barely acknowledged me, didn’t make eye contact, and rolled his eyes when I asked about a book. The experience felt very unwelcoming. I’ll continue going to the West Grey location instead.
