It's a great bookstore to roam and find new books for much better prices than Barnes and Noble. The issue is selling books to HPB. They give you pennies for books. You can bring a suitcase full and get maybe $10. Then they go and sell the same book they gave you 25 cents for at $15.

Good quality books, new and used. Go to place for hard to find items because stock changes often. Sadly selling books to them is not all that it could be. I once took 300 books there to sell and got 15.00 because they frequently give pennies towards trade paperbacks. They claim that those will go on clearance/ can't get much for them blah, blah, but I watched my books go on a regular shelf. So if you just want to get rid of books you are storing, it's fine. If you hope that your collection will bring you some money, don't sell it there. You could get more for book if you had a yard sale and all books were .25 cents.

Trash , 450 market 650-700 msrp trade ... 12 dollar offer, I've traded in the past had a decent offer around 45 for around 125 dollar item was told they couldn't go higher they will only put it up for 100 I came in a little later that month it was sitting at 145 ... I'm fine with a fair offer but not if your going to lie and more then I was told. What you want to sale separate it cards toys figurines books and find the place that will take that one item, for everything but books and media go to capital games, for everything but books go video game express grove city, just around the corner from there there is a comic and toy story called skylarks great place as well. Sorry for the rant but last thing before I go it's always the women no matter what location you go to that trys to rob you the men are 99 out of 100 times fair, they need to prove something or just don't know how to check what they are holding which explains the huge tags on mediocre items.

Used to come in here all the time when the theater was open and movies were $.50. Could usually pick up a VHS tape for $1, and a DVD for $2. The prices are much higher now. I'll just have to stick with the good old fashioned yard sales. Cool store with lots and lots to choose from though.
