Half Price Books Greenwood

Been going here for years, staff has always been friendly and helpful. It's always an adventure to see what you will find, always go in with an open mind as they may not have the exact book you were looking for, but the hunt for a great read is the most fun at bookstores!

While the store is cool, and packed with books, none of them where half-priced. Maybe I looked at the wrong books? Some examples, on book listed at 9.99 on the back cover was marked to 9.49. Another marked 19.99 on the back was 16.49. A better discount but not even close to half. This, unfortunately, is the Gamestop model of store. The Gamestop example of course is they sell you a $60 game for $55 and the privilege of letting someone else play it first. Again, I could have been looking in the wrong place, but we didn't walk away with any books. Good to know as an alternative to Barnes and Noble or something though.

You can never go wrong with Half Price Books. This location has a wonderful selection of books and other media. The vibes are good, and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful.

AMAZING place. You can find any kind of book you can think about. They also have some books in other languages. Also, their website seems to be constantly updated. I saw they had the book I was looking for (GENKI 1), and I indeed found it!
