Pretty good selection! And the owner offered to order a book for me that wasn't currently in stock. It's a very relaxing, low-key yet elevated vibe. I bought a new rom-com that had just come out. Wishing them all the success in their new location in Lambertville!

What a gem! Howling Basset Books is so incredibly welcoming, especially when their resident “security guard” (aka, the adorable Basset Hound who greets you at the door) is working the floor. The shop owner is warm, friendly, and eager to chat about the books you’ve brought to the counter. If I could give this store 10 stars, I absolutely would. Can’t wait for my next visit!

This book store is incredibly cozy with a wonderful selection. The owner is super kind and I loved the free bookmark I got to choose! I’ll be a returning customer for sure!
