Wonderful gift store with a variety of items! I’ve purchased several unique gifts and cards from here. Some items are priced a little high but overall great convenient place to shop while at the clinic. It’s a bummer they don’t give employees a little bit of a discount.

Sunday, Aug 14 2022 ☆ Just bought a cute midi ankle dress, made of gauze or linen and saved $49.00. The dress was priced at $59.95. With $49.00 taken off. I ended up paying $29.99 + tax. My total was $32.00! With a 30 day return policy. I bougt floral bouquests in the store too. Reasonably priced. There is so much to see and purchase, especially if youre visiting a patient and need a gift, a book, a bouquet, a card, magazines, lotions, candles, ect. There is unique itens at Joseph•Beth at Cleveland Clinic 9500 Euclid Ave. I also noticed the customer services is friendly and knowledgeable . I will be returning to shop more

The manager needs to work on her customer service skill. Retail is all about making sure the customer has an excellent experience every time, this skill should be at the top of you list.
