Paper & String Books

I frequent the shop and enjoy both new and great condition used books. I recently purchased a gift card and 2 new books for my daughter. The owner confirmed that she could exchange if she had already read the book(s) i chose. Unfortunately when my daughter returned one of the books and also used the gift card to purchase others, the owner did not allow a credit or exchange for the returned book. Instead she credited my credit card which reduced my gift. That is disappointing.

Having a local bookshop is such a boon and this bookshop, Paper and Strings, is exceptional! It's warm, welcoming, cozy atmosphere combined with a wonderful selection of both used and new titles has made this my go-to spot whenever I need a book, a gift or just a mood pick-me-up. :) So happy you are here!

Cute and cozy shop! Thalia assisted my niece and myself in finding the perfect used books. There is a great selection of new and used books, as well as handmade items from local artists(got a shell necklace and earrings), and comfy nooks around the shop to sit, read, play with your kiddos. I highly recommend checking it out!

Such a cute local store, I love getting my nephew books from here! The staff always helps with recommendations and they have a great selection of new and old.
