Papercuts Bookshop

Really fantastic local independent bookstore with a huge selection of books (the storefront is deceptively small compared to how many books are packed into the space), including a significant section of kids books. Great for books in general, but especially for local authors/books about the Boston area (which I’ve purchased twice already as someone new to the area). I do wish there was a bit of seating available but I know that would come at the sacrifice of some book space. There is a bathroom, which is great if you tend to browse books as long as I do😅

Such a great independent bookstore! I always leave with new treasures for my collection, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier.

I went in for some holiday gifts today and was greeted upon entering by both an employee and the cutest little dog. After browsing for some time and becoming a little overwhelmed by the enormous selection, I was offered help by an employee. I gave a brief description of the type of person I was shopping for and immediately, they gave me some amazing recommendations and I was done shopping shortly after. I’m normally the type of shopper who declines staff help, but this place has such a wide selection it was hard to find what I was looking for on my own. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they have in store.

Best bookstore! Such an amazing selection of books, gifts, puzzles, and all kinds of wonderful things. I’ve discovered so many great books there. The kids book nook is really sweet. Huge selection of kids books and graphic novels! My kids love it. Highly recommend!
