Absolutely love this place because of its plants and gardens! Maybe I’m biased but I think this is a perfect peaceful setting for a bookstore. Walking down that narrow alley with beautiful decors along the walls is just a mesmerizing experience. This also fits perfectly with Carmel’s overall chill vibes. If you are a plants lover, definitely check it out! The bookstore itself has a big collection of booklets of self reflection/self care/spiritual. They also have some jewelry as well.

This was a unique bookstore that happens to have a really good selection of books. From popular novels, sci-fi, to spiritual books that you can choose from. The little peaceful outdoor area in the back is great to walk through. However, the service wasn’t quite parallel to the vibes that were in there and as a customer who makes it a point to buy something from independent bookstores the service wasn’t pleasant. I almost regretted buying from here.
