We came here looking for boba cause we were craving it. It was actually really really good, not too sweet, the perfect consistency. I wish more people knew about this place. If you get a milk tea get it with oat milk, it’s super good!

Very impressed with this new tea/bookstore in Los Alamos! So many amazing books and games, as well as other fun crafty things. The boba is very good - the Mango Boba was definitely my favorite! My one complaint is that the cups and lids they come in are very leaky - pretty much every sip a little bit dribbled on my shirt. Hope they can fix this! Also - it might be helpful if on their menu they listed all flavors they have so I could know what potential mixtures I could make. In the future I would love to be able to make a black tea boba with grapefruit and pineapple or something. Can’t wait to come back and I hope it can grow more!

Samizdat is an outstanding example of a local bookstore with a refined selection of top-notch books in all categories. It's the pinnacle of the kind of place that bookstores were before they became corporate chains. It's really remarkable how such a small shop could have such a superior selection books, games, and stationary. Truly superb.

Nice place. They were teaching some kids which I thought was nice. Books are a little pricey, but hey, its great to have a bookstore in town. Staff was very friendly and lovely.

Amazing bookstore in a town that needs a place like this! The staff is always welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. Their events have also been fun and accessible. The boba tea is delicious and fairly priced. Highly highly recommend stopping in for a book, stationary, or a nice drink!
