The Book Readers Venue is one of my go to local bookstores in the city. It provides a cozy welcoming feeling and atmosphere. The owner Sherrell does a wonderful job of provide a selection of books that will grab any readers attention and if she doesn’t have a book she will soon enough get the book for you. They also host monthly immersive book clubs and author discussions. I highly recommend this book shop to locals and visitors.

Truly one of my favorite bookstores! I was thrilled to discover there was a Black Owned bookstore right down the street from me! Sherrele, the owner is so kind and is an amazing bookseller!!! Every time I go she gives me the best suggestions for the mood I’m in! They host many events and support indie authors and local small businesses! If you live in Humble you need to add this store to your list of local faves! If you’re in the downtown area but you love books and supporting small businesses it’s well worth the drive!

I went to a book signing here a couple months ago! This book store is a hidden gem in humble Texas , it’s a readers paradise! She always has the newest releases and you can also pickup signed copies from you favorite authors! The customer service is always on point, she goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience!

Such a lovely hidden gem in Humble! The Book Readers Venue has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and a thoughtfully curated selection of books. You can feel the love for reading and community the moment you walk in. A wonderful place for book lovers. I will definitely be back.
