Beautiful place with lovely details. You really feel like you’re stepping into a unique universe. It has a lot of potential, but I wish it were more experiential. There’s a lack of guidance through the different mystery subgenres, and you can go through the store fairly quickly.

A superb bookshop which specializes in suspense, mystery, horror, and true crime publications. This store was a "must-visit" on a recent vacation because I'm a bibliophile and these genres are some of my favorites. Walking into their space you're surrounded by almost every book on these subjects you can imagine! In the center, there is a couch, table, and chairs for shoppers to sample a book before purchasing. However, the real show stopper is that the back wall is dedicated to the consulting detective, Sherlock Holmes. The lefthand corner are all the original texts from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and then progress into modern interpretations, and finally puzzles and games based on the deerstalker wearing, pipe smoking sleuth's adventures and I was delighted. I highly recommend visiting and buying from this small business due to their extensive and impressive selection. They also have the best warning sign for potential shoplifters I've ever seen.

One of my favourite bookshops of all time. They carry only mystery books of all kinds. The vibe in there is unmatched. The book shelves going from floor to ceiling, the dark wood and furnishings, and the sliding ladder all contribute to the mysterious ambiance.

I am obsessed with this book shop! I am a huge fan of mystery, true crime, crime fic, thriller and horror — this place is heaven for me. It’s a small space but I spent two hours in this store just browsing through the bookshelves.

Went in and kindly asked about a book. I gave the name and author. The guy at the front desk appeared to be unhelpful. He had a computer right in front of him and only used it until I suggested. How would he possibly know every book they have without referencing the tools provided. Technology is used to make things accessible like information. Not everyone has good customer service skills or the competency for such service. The store looked cool with an inviting atmosphere of many books. If they had more diverse staff and people of more trendy personality then it would be the top notch spot or books and readers. We live and learn.
