We are here to create a safe, diverse space for all romance readers and uplift the romantic stories we read. We value community, inclusion, connection, empathy, love, passion, respect, and gratitude. We are the dreamers, the romance readers, and the positive forces in our communities, and we hope to instill that energy here.

Great local Romance only bookstore! My girls love it. Lots of genres and big inventory! Big variety of book related gifts and kitschy fun items!

Such a beautiful and welcoming bookstore! You can truly tell the owner took their time to make this place somewhere you would want to stay, relax, look through all the beautiful books and items! I truly cannot get over my experience I had! The staff is so sweet and helpful! 1000/10 wish I lived in fl because of this bookstore alone!

The New Romantics has been such an incredible addition to Orlando! The atmosphere is so cozy and you can tell there is SO much heart put into the store. The book selection itself is always great, and I love how intentional they are with giving a platform to local authors! This is always on my list of places to visit when I'm looking for a fun day :)

Local, woman owned bookstore worth supporting! I love visiting small, locally owned stores! I was visiting Orlando and this was the PERFECT store for romance and romantasy readers alike! The employee and even some of the customers were so helpful! You can tell them exactly what type of romance you like, what tropes you like or what you’re looking for and the employee was able to give me multiple recommendations, as well as the customers. The customers and employees alike are so excited about this cute little store that I could have spent hours in! The next time I’m in Orlando I will definitely be stopping in again! They have books from self-published authors which was incredible to see! If you love special editions, like I do, they do have them! They also have signed copies available, as well!

If your in the area, you have to take a side quest to The New Romantics! Every girl should go here just once, even if they don't read. There really is something for anyone here. Books, cute stickers, art, and knickknacks. I always feel good after leaving this store.
