Small book store that doesn’t seem to have changed much since opening in 1978. They had a good deleted art supplies, books, and small toy section for kids. If you’re looking for a trendy coffee shop book store this isn’t it. However they do have a good selection of books and the staff was helpful.

Walking distance from main old town, bridge shops, or farmer's market. Found great books for my kids, wife, and my own interests. Helpful staff/owner who was very helpful and kind.

Wow, what a wonderful place to be! The owner was very sweet, and she was able to order 3 books that movers lost/stole in our recent move. The shop has a little bit of everything for all interests, including cooking, foraging and local nature books, art supplies, beautiful notebooks (I especially liked the 'Decomposition Notebook' on recycled paper), and nice greeting cards. I highly recommend a visit!

The customer service is lacking here. I felt as though I was annoying the employee when I asked where I could find bookmarks. As she began to lead the way to their location, two people entered the business, and the employee made an abrupt u-turn, went around my daughter and I in the aisle, and hurried to greet the couple (who obviously were her friends) with excitement. It was so completely rude! She never did show us the bookmarks. I'm still floored to have been treated that way! 🤯

Cute little book store with friendly staff. It is an on the smaller side but my kids all found a treasure and I feel like I would go back to see what else they have.
