Love me an independent bookstore and Arcade Books does not disappoint! Beautiful, clean and organized store, with a fantastic selection (especially of paperbacks)! I definitely recommend popping in if you're in the area. The owner is very friendly and has been running the business for 35+ years. They can also order books for you if you're looking for a particular title that is not in stock.

Wonderful bookstore with a great selection. I found the selection of children's books particularly strong. The owner was very professional and friendly -- the kids even got a lollipop! Thanks for the wonderful service.

Patrick offers excellent customer service. If titles I'm looking for are not in stock, he finds them quickly and orders them for me - often have the books in a day or two. Highly recommend.

We recently moved to Rye, and we were excited to find this gem of a bookstore. The owner quickly located books for my children, and helped my eldest find a book that she would enjoy. We will definitely be back!
