Beach Books

This place is one of my favorite bookstores I’ve been to. It’s very clean and well maintained, there’s a lot of options, and the staff are very helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to walk out without a book! Added bonus: there’s a small bakery that is attached to the store, which has great desserts and a nice spot to sit with your new book as you read.

Absolutely adorable book store in the sweet little beachside town of Seaside. You open the door of the old restored building and are transported to another time. Take a deep breath to smell the books and listen to sound of your footsteps tap on the beautiful hardwood floor. They have a little something for everyone. They of course carry books, but also coloring books, cards, calenders, and some pretty cool gift ideas. I purchased some of the cheeky kitchen towels as well as other items dripping with comedy and soaked in shenanigans and malarkey. I appreciated the liberated and free spirited atmosphere. The building is gorgeous and has a cozy little seating area up in the loft. I could literally sit in there all day if I could. The staff was friendly and helpful with locating specific items. It is great bookstore to check out on a rainy day. It is also a great opportunity to support a local shop when you are visiting Seaside. Beach Books is a true treasure.

A great place to stop while visiting Seaside. I found one of my favorite books in the whole wide world and decided to sit and read while I waited for my family to shop. I enjoyed the atmosphere and look forward to visiting again!
