The staff of Belleville Books are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. No salespeople here. Just book lovers. Their selection for book on President Abe Lincoln is superb. Lots of collectible books as well, (such as a signed leather bound edition of Micheal Crichton's’ Jurassic Park) and a second display case where I was able to procure a rare copy of Rosemarys Baby. I’m told there are multiple book clubs. Take a look! I’m sure you’ll love it!

I just adored Belleville books! I was on the hunt for a very specific book and they were able to order it in for me. Everyone there is so warm and kind, and that warmth extends into the atmosphere of the store. Since there are a mixture of new and vintage books the store smells incredible. I can't wait to go back and browse!

Remarkably beautiful. Nostalgic in tone. A rare and dwindling atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff.

This old bank is such an awesome place for a book store. The owner did an awesome job of setting up and arranging books around the store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great selection of books to choose from. It was a little busy the day I visited, so I plan on visiting when it is less busy. Store was clean and well lit inside.

Such a unique bookstore! The owner was so nice and it’s located in a cute area of downtown Belleville! They had a section of blind date books that you could get for a small donation for a great cause! They also had a great selection of out of print books. Prices are a little on the higher side but it’s local and worth it. Will definitely return!
