The line was about 8-10 persons long in the late afternoon but it kept moving fast. One of the package drop off boxes was not working and while I was there, the other one's lever stopped working. There is only one self service kiosk. I give this location 4 stars because despite the run down equipment and heavy foot traffic, the employees (at 3-4 counters) were helpful and efficient. Maybe fund more or renovate this usps location and the experience would be better.

The unpredictable post office I've been coming here for years and each time is a gamble. Sometimes the lines are long ,Sometimes short. This place could be understaffed too. the wait could be very long. Overall its ok. ***If anyone likes my honest reviews, then please like my post and follow my google account***

Huge kudos to Supervisor John and the amazing team at Arrowhead Post Office! 🙌 I received a notification that my food box had been delivered—but when I went to check, I realized I couldn’t find my mailbox key. Then it hit me… I had left it hanging in the mailbox the other day. Worried that the food might spoil, I rushed to the Arrowhead Post Office around 3:30 PM and explained the situation. That’s when I met John, who listened patiently and immediately took my concern seriously. He let me know that the route officer may have already ended their shift, but he promised to do his best to help. With little expectation, we headed back home, bracing ourselves for the worst—thinking the food might go bad. To our surprise and delight, when we arrived home… the food box and the mailbox key were both waiting safely at our front door. Incredible service, empathy, and follow-through. Thank you, John—you truly went above and beyond!

The customer service at this 59th ave and 101 location is terrible. I don’t know what happened or why you hired people that are grouchy and are smart asses. Don’t you guys get paid really well?? What’s up with the horrid service?! Do better! Hire people who want to help people. Don’t hire people that act like we’re bothering them when we come in for help. No wonder you guys have a 2.8 rating on google. Embarrassing
