So went to Bookman’s for the first time today. I have mixed feelings on it. It’s a HUGE store but I don’t really like how the new and used books are all mixed together. Also the sections are a little hard to see where’s where. It’s like a maze in there! Lastly I saw that they upcharge for new books. Books that I KNOW are 13.99 they are charging 16.99. Or a brand new book that just came out that I saw at Barnes & Noble that was 16.99 there was 24.99 at Bookman’s. I would say if it’s new books you want buy those from B&N. If you want used then go here.

This location is quite large & has not just books and records for you to look at, they have a large variety of random odds and ends to look at. You'll find pretty much everything here aside from food and clothing. There is a back section with knick-knacks, cups, bowls, home decor, etc. You'll also find knick-knacks for sale on the shelves alongside their books. Not going to lie, this spot can be a little overwhelming for some. The book areas are set up kind of like a maze, there are used books, new books and random things all sitting on the shelves together and the signage of what each section is isn't always easy to find. They have a decent collection of both new & used board games/ puzzles, a small records section and a bigger CD section along with DVD's, Video games, Funkopops, jewelry, collectable pins etc. As others have pointed out, some of their price points on certain items especially the used stuff is a little crazy. You will find some things that are decently priced and then find something else that is way too high, so I guess it depends on who is pricing everything for that day? Trade in wise, it all depends on the condition of your items and their wants at the time. I recently took in two large totes of things to trade in & they took 80% of what I brought in, I was happy with the store credit amount I received in exchange. (You can do cash, but it is usually half of what they offer in store credit). While we were there trading things in, we overheard some of the other offers on peoples trade in's and some of them were shockingly low which I think might be due to their "need" for that item at the time? Otherwise, this is usually a neat spot to wander around for some time because you never know what you might find.

What an awesome place! Don’t let the fact that it’s a trade and resale shop fool you...the store is clean, organized, and full of high-quality finds. We were especially excited about the huge selection of books and board games, which is what originally drew us in. There were also some really cool instruments to check out. On top of that, the customer service is always friendly and helpful. Bonus points for being dog-friendly too. Well-behaved, leashed pups are welcome, which makes it an even better spot to browse and spend a few bucks on a hot summer day.

Vibrant and exhilarating shop of eclectic and retro-nostalgic dreams. One could host a slumber party here and never go to sleep 😂…just stay up all night hypnotizing oneself in the dazzling displays of happiness and peace. The staff here helped out, and even when one particular person was not available, they would call over a speaker to redirect other free employees to assist with customers. What a wonderful and delightful place to visit. As this was my first visit, I felt overly compelled to leave the most exquisite review. My favorite place is Phoenix since landing here in 2022. Happy New Year Bookman’s! Oh….oops. I bought jewelry and each item was delightfully priced for my bargain mindset! $32 for: a keychain, 3 sets of earrings, and a pin/button.
