Expert floor/inventory management!! Walking into this store makes me excited to look around and shop. It's easy to see if something I want is available. Excellent selection of items beyond media and accessories, as well. I also love that I can get blank cassette tapes, guitar strings and record player accessories all in one place, in person, in Keene NH!!

Bull Moose has it all when it comes to entertainment!!! I went here today to see what Eminem CDs they had, and I found several, including one I didn't have already. They also have a great selection of books, movies, Vinyls, and even some games and toys. Their prices are higher than ordering online, however you get the convenience of not having to worry about shipping, and besides one CD having a broken case, my experience was 5 stars.

I’m writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent phone interaction with this location. I called simply to inquire about the number of reward points I had on my account and whether they could be applied toward a guidebook I currently have on hold. Unfortunately, my request was misunderstood by the first associate I spoke with, who believed I was asking about price matching with an item I had seen online—which was not the case. Rather than clarifying with me directly, the associate transferred me to another team member who had already been told the incorrect version of the story. When I attempted to explain that I was not asking for a price match and was instead referring to my reward points, I was met with a dismissive and facetious tone. Despite remaining calm and respectful throughout the conversation, I felt dismissed and not heard. The call ended abruptly with a very curt “goodbye” that felt unnecessarily final and unprofessional. I’ve shopped at this store before and have always appreciated the products and the environment, but this experience left me disappointed and disrespected. It’s discouraging to be treated this way over a simple misunderstanding that could have easily been resolved with attentive listening and a bit of patience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as kindness and professionalism should be the standard when assisting any customer, whether in person or over the phone.

Oh where to start- since this store has come to Keene, I've been a frequent shopper! They are my go to spot for all things music and old movies. The store has such laid back vibes and the staffing they have is great, they're very welcoming and friendly. There's always something new to find in that store and I hardly ever walk out empty handed!
