Citrus and Sage Bookshop

I love this bookstore so much! The environment is so welcoming and wholesome. The owners really put their heart and soul into making this bookstore not just a place to buy books and goods but also a place where you can make friends and find people likeminded people. Between the events at the store and the cafe inside I always find myself there. Highly recommend stopping by but beware of never wanting to leave.

This was an amazing little gem of a find in downtown Brooksville, Florida. I arrived at 8am and waited on my friend. Outside there’s an adorable little dog library with sticks hanging to play fetch with your dog. The beautiful home is transformed into the perfect little area for a book shop and a coffee shop. As you enter, there are two lovely decorated display cases in Florida ceiling bookshelves from right to left with the coffee shop in the back area. The shop focuses on romance fantasy and thriller sections of literature. There’s also a small children’s section in Young adult book area. The staff was warm and friendly and the craft coffee was absolutely amazing. They even had a small display of plants for you to buy. I frequent Brooksville often so I will definitely be back.

Love how this business supports other local businesses in the area. True showing of community from the markets and events they hold to help small businesses to joining up with other businesses in the area to promote them to helping local authors find their readers. As a local business in the area I’m so happy this owner came to our area and joined our community strengthening it.

I just spent a week in Brooksville visiting family and this bookshop was the GEM of my trip! We were able to snag tickets to a lovely Sleepy Hallow tea party, a broom making class and a paint night in one week! The vibe of this place is insane. It’s so cozy & fun. Truly wish I lived closer I would be here every day!
