Make this make sense Coas Management I've once brought by expensive books I have acquired throughout my travels and store credit wasn't applied until I complained. The credit applied did not seem fair given the condition of the books. This time im trying to buy books with in-store credit I have accumulated yet im told that's not possible, that a percentage is taken off/discounted. So basically the "in-store" credit i have accumulated (160.00) does not coincide with the rate discounted. I could have sold my books online vs taking it to a business that conducts fishy business. I want my in-store credit to reach 0.00 so that I may never do business with you all. Be more transparent with your "in-store credit" policy for books. Sincerely a salty combat veteran

This place is amazing. They have all sorts of books and physical media. Everyone there is so kind too. Me and my brother always go in on Saturdays and they have a great selection of different books and movies/music! :)

Been going to Coos for years. Great selection and able to use credit towards purchase of used books. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend. Steve and Cheryl Larson

Passing through Las Cruces and we have to hit our favorite used bookstore. The staff here are so incredibly knowledgeable. So many excellent books. It's not set up like a library or even a larger bookstore so don't be afraid to ask for help. PS There is a great (hidden, but worth the search) vegan coffee shop within walking distance (and two excellent-but-small museums too) within walking distance. I took my three little kids in with me to grab a coffee and the staff suggested steamers for them with their house made flavor syrups. So good! Bonus: the staff were all friendly and kind-- an excellent break from the soul-crushingly lame big coffee chains.
