I’d give this place ten stars if I could. They have a reading corner near the storefront window, seating in front of the cafe, and an array of books and comics. I had a mini quiche and a matcha latte, and both were really good. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find my titles. They had four of the five things I came for, and one was sold out, but it’s still nice to know they carry it. I’ll definitely be going back. I went early on a Saturday and there was plenty of street parking.

Excellent coffee, great vibes in this community space. Lots of comic books and graphic novels and a smaller selection of fiction books. Fun stickers and gifts, too!

pretty wheelchair accessible & disability friendly! amazing selection of LGBT books of all types/ ages including many disability books! we were so happy to accidentally stumble upon this place and will be returning :~) wheelchair accessibility: right next to curb cut, no steps required to enter or inside (the inside has a ramp next to the few steps leading to the back area), wide open space, lots of tables you can pull under/move chairs from, counters are low. some bookshelves are too high for wheelchair users to reach. doors are not automatic, and the bathroom doors may be heavy for some people. there are grab bars but because of furniture positioning in bathroom, may be hard to get close enough using a wheelchair to reach the grab bars-this would be a very easy fix for the business to make their bathroom more wheelchair accessible, especially for non-ambulatory wheelchair users. sink is roll under accessible & there are trash cans with open tops

17/20 This store is geared towards youth with alot of LGBTQ+ literature. I really appreciated the spotlight on Baltimore authors. The books seem to be well organized, but rest of the store feels messy. I would definitely go again. There is some fun cards and stickers as well.

We are so happy to have found this fun, quirky and important book store! We luckily ran into one of the employees at the Maryland Zoo who told us about an event coming up. Our daughter was VERY excited to attend the "Sparkle Party" this past Sunday. The party was great fun, but the real find was this shop. A bright and cozy, very well-stocked book store focused on independent titles and bringing important focus on LGBTQIA+ authors and stories. They carry a nice mix of books, graphic novels, comics and book-related gifts. You will find a hilarious amount of Marvel, Star Wars and Batman items throughout the store. A cute kids section offered my daughter several items to take home. Later we enjoyed snacks and drinks while we people watched and relaxed. There are several tables around as well as a couch and other seating. We hope to get back to Dreamers and Make-Believers soon! I am also going to get on their email list!
