A great bookstore and a great coffee shop. If its cold outside, I definitely recommend the Chai-der, Metolius chai and hot apple cider. There's a good variety of excellent baked goods, including gluten-free and vegan options. It's one of those bookstores run by people who love books, filled with handwritten recommendations. And though it is cozy and spans two floors, it's well organized. The staff is very friendly and welcoming too!

Dudley's Bookshope Cafe is a bookstore and a coffee shop wrapped in one. The place reminds me of a Mom & Pop Barnes & Noble or Borders back in the day. Whoever thought of this idea is brilliant. This place is great!

I love a good independent bookstore and will always support them. They had a good selection, great mural upstairs, I bought several books plus the artist's postcards. Coffee was marginal, and I wouldn't spend money on that again. The staff seemed a bit underwhelmed by being there, which I get, but it was not overly welcoming. Overall it still was a great place though.

Very cosy bookshop in the heart of downtown Bend with friendly staff and a great selection of books, plus a cafe downstairs and a nice area upstairs to sit down and read said books.
