I was looking forward to browsing. I love books and have a large collection as I am an avid reader. I selected two books and sat down to read the back and the first page of each so I could decide. The woman working (not sure if owner) leaned over the counter and yelled at me. ‘If you think you are going to sit and read you are mistaken! You can’t open those books! I was astounded,I got up and put them back. Then she yelled that I put the ‘pretty book’ in the wrong place. I told her I put it where I found it. And in alphabetical order. She yelled ‘You did not!!’ Her face was red and angry. I left and won’t return. I love books. She lost a good customer. I would have loved to talk about books. I’m sitting in Barnes and Noble right now. They have been so nice. It’s that or Amazon for me.

Very nice charming bookstore. Very cozy atmosphere. Has a phenomenal selection of new and gently used books. Staff was helpful and pleasant. I personally will go back again.

Very rude since the moments of entrance. No greetings. We were looking for books on a road trip as we passed by this beautiful town. The receptionist/ person at the counter offered no help. The only thing they were concerned about was the drinks on our hands. We left the store within 2 minutes and we absolutely don't feel welcome here. That wasn't even a goodbye as we left the store. I will definitely not come back and will not recommend any friends or relatives to come to this store ever.

This is a neat store with a good selection of books and the ability to order whatever title you want. I love all the book-related extra items. Their special events like book fairs, craft nights, and book Bingo are always fun.

I always have a great experience at Enchanted Books! They have a great children’s section that my daughter loves and their books are competitive with Amazon, so there is really no reason not to support our local bookstore!
