We shopped for a new Bible for my sister and was able to find a Bible with large print . The staff help us find Bible tabs and other books which we were interested in reading. They were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend visiting this store!

Visited for the first time for a Melissa & Doug special event! The employee who helped was so incredibly kind and helpful! She was truly sunshine. And the employee who checked us out was very informative and polite! Good experiences with these two women! I was surprised with how large the store was and really happy with their book prices! Will be back.

Miranda at the Macon location was so nice and considerate. I was barely going to make it on time, so she grabbed the books I needed and had them waiting for me at the counter. You cannot ask for better customer service than that!

Absolutely love this place! They have multiple locations but this one is by far my favorite. Friendly staff, great selection, and good prices.

I am so happy that I have a Gottwals Book near my home. Such a delightful store. And, yes I do have their special card when you take books into the store and get credit for other books. What's not to love! I would highly recommend.
