Very nice staff, I’ve always loved coming to Gottwals. When they ask for your phone number because they don’t have a book you’re looking for, they always text you and get the book asap. Highly recommend!

I love dealing with this company. The staff is friendly and courteous. They always have a wide variety of books to choose from and are extremely helpful when you ask them to find a book for you between all their locations. They will send it to your desired location for pick up as well. If they don’t have it in stock they will order it for you. Their buy back or trade in policy is good too. This is my very favorite used book store chain.

Always a fun stop. My granddaughter had a gift certificate from a recent birthday and always wants more books. My grandson could look at the great toys. My wife at a huge selection of cookbooks, while I was searching through the theology books. Relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant service.

Great store and friendly bookseller. In addition to finding a book she gave us a great recommendation for lunch nearby.
