Half Price Books Beavercreek

Very happy with my recent experience here. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite. They were able to have some books I wanted that were at other Half Price Books stores shipped to this store for me to pickup which saved me a lot in shipping (they came from multiple other stores). They called me as soon as the books arrived and they even hold them for 2 weeks which gave me plenty of time to get there to pick them up. Very large selection of books in general but also board games and other misc. things that were fun to explore while there with my wife and younger kids.

Great place for book lovers, you can find book deals and variety of books selection. Customer care and employees are always welcome to help you out with any questions or suggestions. Cheaper and better than most of the book stores in the area. I love visit this store time to time to check what is new.

I'm just so sad how things turned out with this store. I used to go to all of the Half Price Books in the area all the time. I spent way more money than I should have, but I haven't gone back to a single location in months because of how that one male employee treated me. I think he is some sort of manager or something. At the time it was shocking and I couldn't believe that an employee would treat a customer like that. Now it's just sad because I just can't bring myself to want to go to any of these stores anymore. I just don't understand how such mean people get hired in customer service roles.

The Beavercreek location experienced high traffic this afternoon, attributed to its 20% off sale. My family acquired $140 worth of reading materials, which they were pleased to add to their home library.
