Customers BEWARE-- My mom purchased a jellycat in the store last week as a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, it wasn't the specific jellycat that she wanted. Today, my mom attempted to return the item but the store manager refused to accept the return. No where was it posted in the store or listed in the return policy on the receipt that these are a nonrefundable item. The manager did not offer good customer service and was argumentative. He cited examples that if you bought a bag of onions or a clothes item from a store it would be assumed that you can't return those items. The jellycat was in perfect condition with the tags still intact and unused. I will be filing a dispute with the bank.

This book store is a very quant place. They have lots of options, and the prices are normal for books from what I could tell. There is an attached, separate coffee shop which adds to the ambiance of the store.

From out of town, ran in real fast. Awesome selection and friendly staff with a coffee shop attached that sells local sweet treats!

Awesome bookstore in our area! Highly recommend. Great selection and if they don't have it, they will order it for you. Great selection for children and adults.
