Bought a gift card fory nephew and the chap working the register was super friendly and helpful. Somehow or another I also ended up getting a $5 credit and a calendar because of my purchase. Nephew loves this place so he will have a great Christmas.

Half Price books is one of my most guilty pleasures. I enjoy the physical connection to published works in all their forms only slightly less than my love for music in a multitude of styles and genres. So whether I am looking for a new CD, a classic comic book or illustrated graphic novel, a hardbound or paperback, games, DVDs, or media I look forward to every visit. HPB can search their nationwide locations and place an order to transfer items they may not have. In most cases nothing is due up front. Whether by phone or in person their staff are helpful and polite. Handicapped access and a reasonable amount of parking are always available during store hours. It is always clean and organized. I consider it a place that unites our community as they have something for everyone. I would be remiss if I forgot to mention they also have a variety of original vinyl and LPs. Be sure to visit often or call and reserve what you are looking for to pick up after work. Support your local Book Store!

An amazing store with a wide selection of books, records, and games. The deals are wonderful and it's always a fun stop if you're close by. Everyone who works there is friendly and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Please give it a try.

Come on down, check it out. They will let you know where the book is, if you can't find it. They also have vinyl and comic books and video games.

A tad pricey on some items but overall a good store to find book, movies, videogames and collectibles. The trading program is poor, as they barely give anything for the items you trade in, then turn around and sometimes charge a higher price than eBay.
