Half Price Books Omaha

I can't tell you what it's like to sell books here, but I love to come shopping here! The store is well organized and the employees are friendly. There were a lot of great used or clearance books and I happily chose a couple to take home with me. There's a used magazine section and they are $1 each. I loved the children's area. Besides books they sell stickers, tote bags, records, DVDs, puzzles, games and more.

I swung by this little book store last week and honestly had a pretty good experience. The place isn’t huge, but they’ve got a solid mix of new releases and older titles that you don’t always see around anymore. The staff wasn’t pushy, but they were friendly when I asked about a specific author. Prices seemed fair too, maybe even a bit cheaper than some big chain stores. I spent more time browsing than I planned and ended up picking up a couple books I didn’t even know I wanted. Overall, a nice spot if you like taking your time and finding something different.

Half Price Books has great staff, great deals, great services, and lots to look at. I have bought and sold items through them. The problem here is building management. The restrooms are a disaster. Also, at times, there is dust and other debris floating about the floors.  Also, more sitting space would be helpful. People like to peruse a book and read a few pages to get a serious flavor of it before buying it. Sometimes the writer is not endearing, yet people stand in passageways to find out, and you have to navigate around them, if you can.

This place had such a huge selection of books. The prices were so fantastic. I walked out with more than I expected. Staff are super helpful and the place was very well organized. Can’t wait to go back next time in Omaha!
