Manager never filed a claim for a car accident that happened earlier this year, I had my 1&4 year old kids in the car. The driver just left the shop, I was at a red light and she ran right into us, the driver got out and immediately apologized and said her brakes weren't working The manager said he would handle it but never did. I just want my car fixed, and corporate needs to update these vehicles.

This is the worst postal service in SC I have had so many items sent to the wrong apartment. Never to get back! You would think they would train the employees to not only check apartment numbers but rds and lanes ect, I will NEVER have anything sent thru postal again, And I would suggest Everyone the same.

Went to get a passport and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Frank was very quick and was able to quickly answer anything I had to ask. Just have paper work prefilled out and makes it go quick.

This was the fastest service I've experienced at a postal office in a while. I was there to inquire about a passport application. Valencia helped me and gave me all the important information I needed to know to complete my application as well as making my appointment. I asked about the expiration date in the application and she gave me information about that. She suggested I schedule an appointment rather than walking in due to the wait time. I appreciated her giving that information because I was going to walk in during a time that may have caused me to be late to work. I will visit this location again.

I am submitting this review with the hope that it reaches someone in Post Office Management. I would like to start by commending our mail carrier, who consistently delivers our mail with a smile and adheres to her schedule. However, I have noticed an issue that arises when she goes on vacation: her route is not covered during her absence, resulting in disruptions to our mail delivery. As I work at a school where timely mail delivery is crucial, this situation is problematic. I have also learned from colleagues at nearby businesses, such as LexMed, that they have experienced similar delays in mail delivery. When our mail carrier returns from vacation, she is often overwhelmed with the amount of mail and packages that were not delivered while she was away. It is essential for the Post Office to ensure that mail is delivered promptly, as any delay—whether it involves important communications or even junk mail—can have significant consequences. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, a period of over a week and a half without mail delivery is unacceptable. I urge the management to address this issue, as all mail is important, and timely delivery should be a priority.
