Inklings Bookshop (WA)

Neat bookstore with good small selection of books and thoughful gifts. Staff should be discreet though complaining about their boss! We've all been there but customers don't need to hear it.

This is a pretty cool bookstore! They have a wide variety of children’s books! Great place to take kids for reading material.

Independent book shop and so much more. Inklings has a great assortment of books, truly something for everyone. But beyond that, they offer a wide variety and a unique assortment of other treasures pleasantly displayed throughout the store, of which are crafted or created by local people and small businesses around the PNW. The staff there are very helpful and ready to assist you in any way. One thing I enjoy when looking for a new book is checking out the staff picks. They often have very good recommendations of books that I would not have known about if not for their recommendations. In addition, if your purchase is a gift, they offer to gift-wrap it for free. Inkling is situated in Chalet market Square, which happens to also have several other small and locally owned businesses for you to check out while in the area.
