The Traveling Book Bus LLC

I LOVE going here! The staff is always friendly, they have a very broad selection. From popular releases to local authors, I always pick something up! I love that they work with other small businesses as well! Prices are comparable to bigger brand stores. Definitely a stop when I have extra cash!

I love this store so much. The books are curated with actual intention on what’s GOOD. Anne is amazing at stocking her shelves with what her customers are after. Not only this but the events and meetings here have been some of my favorite in Yakima. The vibes are immaculate.

This has to be the best bookstore in Yakima. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the store owner who is knowledgeable of the genre as well as supports other local artists. This had to be the best bookstore experience ive ever had between the connection formed and the amount of amazing books and even special editions offered. Will always be a must stop when in the area. This is one of the most charming book stores I have been to, and for romance/horror readers it's literally the book playground of your dreams! I was in love with the Traveling Book Bus, but since Anne has opened up the store front (Yakima Book Co.) it has been one of my favorite places to shop locally in Yakima! I think Anne in terrific and truly adds to the atmosphere of this store. She is fun. engaging, and has fabulous book recommendations! She is truly doing an amazing job building a community of readers through her exciting events and workshops! I can't wait to see the events she comes up with in the future and I can't recommend this store enough if you are someone who loves to read, hoard bookish items, and support local businesses and authors!
