Love this toy store - it’s my go to for gifts for all the special children in my life. The prices are a little steep but it is Princeton. More importantly, they have unique items, great customer service and they GIFT WRAP!

Honestly, such a cool place, but I gotta leave a bad review because of the employees. I went with my partner just to check the place out... not knowing that their closing time was in a couple minutes. Any reasonable customer service employee would be like "hey, we're about to close up!" right? But instead, all of the employees were glaring at us the entire time and heavily breathing/sighing, and whispering to eachother. We were both really uncomfortable and not understanding why they were acting like that. Male employee approached us and passive aggressively asked if we needed help with anything. We said no, and he heavily breathed and stomped away. I thought maybe they were angry that we were just walking around without buying anything. I decided to leave because the whole experience felt weirdly tense. Again, we were completely unaware of this until we had left and they immediately turned the lights off. At first, I felt bad -- but then I felt kind of angry. We truly did not know. Had I known that they were closing up, I would've left in a heartbeat. I've worked customer service in the past and have the utmost respect for them, but I'm honestly frustrated at the fact that these were grown adults acting like children. All they had to do was let us know. Instead they were being extremely rude, passive aggressive and very obviously talking shit and complaining. Put on your big boy pants and kick your customers out at closing like all businesses do. We both won't be coming back

What an amazing staff! This was my second time in and both times the staff went above and beyond. If you need an old school toy store who will help you find the perfect gift- there are your people. We drove over an hour to get there and I will be doing it again and again. Thank you for the gift guidance and time Jazams! Happy Holidays

I have used this toy store a few times now to buy gifts for my niece and nephew. I live in Australia now and wanted to send gifts from an independent store instead of Amazon or what have you. This is by far the best option around and I will continue to order from Jazams until the kids grow out of wanting toys. The selection is incredible, the gift wrapping was a delightful touch, and the items get sent so quickly. My niece and nephew love everything I send from this shop and I feel good knowing I haven't contributed to some crazy soulless billionaire giant. Wins all around!
