Lion's Mouth Bookstore

Cute store! I love the atmosphere; they have comfy couches where your partner can sit and relax in while you shop. I love the events they host that features local authors and supports the community. They have a book club too! Every employee has been very nice and knowledgeable.

Stopped in for the first time tonight, and my only complaint is that I didn’t stop in much sooner!! The staff working the counter was so friendly and nice. I love the atmosphere of the store and the selection they carry, and them being locally owned is a huge plus for me. I like that they’re located right on Washington street near some of my favorite pubs and eateries:). They carry both new and used books and allow you to trade gently used books for store credit. Some hobby stuff such as puzzles, coloring, games. They also host events with authors, book clubs, and much more! Can’t wait to come back!

Great little bookshop! I appreciate that they sell both new and used options. Lots of titles and genres to shop.
