Office bldg never gave me a key for mail box and I couldn't figure out where my package was. I even asked security and they said no bothers with the mail boxes. Strange right? Anyway, I headed over and a cute lady helped this grouchy man track it down. She even called. She's like the state police. She always gets her man! Haaaa! So head over in person if you're nearby and they will assist you.

I have a problem with your office. I've lived in Playa vista for seven years. Yesterday your rosta employee didn't want to give me my package. That's the second time. She demanded my papers. This woman is mean and ill-mannered. Sharp and rude. I ran behind her car yesterday to show her my I.D. I'm 58 years old. And it's not okay that this employee of yours hates people. I wish I didn't have to see her at Playa Vista anymore. --- and I'm also missing a package. Here's her number: 92001 90387851800261765. I didn't get a parcel notice. You forgot to put it in my box at my address. And they said they couldn't find my address! Return my package to me! I live at Crescent Park East. 5710. —- Natalia Klapperman

I visited this post office on November 26, 2025, to mail a certified letter containing important documents. Unfortunately, the item was never properly scanned or processed at this location. The tracking shows no acceptance scan, no movement through the USPS network, and no indication that the mailpiece ever left the facility. I have now had to file a Missing Mail Search and open a service request because the certified letter appears to have been misplaced internally. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially since certified mail is expected to be handled with additional care and accuracy. I am sharing this review so others are aware that time-sensitive or important documents may not always be processed reliably at this location. I hope management addresses the processing and scanning issues so customers can have confidence when using certified services here.

I was recently waiting for a cross-town "critical delivery" that should have taken 1 day to arrive. I was tracking the package and all of a sudden it was no longer in Westchester after arriving overnight, but had been mistakenly forwarded to West Hollywood. I went thru the steps online for tracking analysis to see what happened and expected that it would take at least 48hrs to track down my package, and get it to me (if possible) or follow up by email. To my surprise the Westchester office reached out by phone within 4hrs. to explain what happened, apologized and let me know that they were on it, and the package would arrive the next day. Kudos! -- It's always a pleasure to visit the counter because the employees are extremely nice and efficient., and once again their professionalism shines thru again.
