Odd Bird Bookshop

Haven't been there in years. Found that they have a great education toy section for most ages. I was looking for a 6-8 year old and a 10 month old children and found interesting items that fit the need. I also found books to complement the toys. Still have a great selection of books on most topics and magazines for many interests. The staff were friendly and helpful and pleasant when I checked out.

Quiet place. They have a children's section, which the kids can sit and read. Relaxing atmosphere. Many book, novelty items, toys, and cards plus more to choose from. Have books in all categories, for instance, sci-fi, futuristic, how to, photography, cooking, anime or Manga, electronics, technology, novels, and the possibilities if they do not have they can search for it. Staff are considerate and do not bother. They answer questions to the best of their knowledge.

Very open layout and easy to find whatever you are looking for in terms of books or games and a large children's section. Lots of crafting kits as well.

Great place to get books and gifts. Their kids book section is also great. Often there are sales running. They also have a children's story time on Saturdays. Many other events as well. I especially like that Starbucks is attached. This way you can grab a coffee or a tea and then sit and study, read, work online, or catch up with friends. As an added bonus you can get refills of iced coffee, cold brew coffee, or iced tea after sitting for a while. They are like 50 cents or free if you use the Starbucks app.
