Friendly and helpful staff. Displays when we went, focused on banned books, which was great! Always love to see a liberal stores during times of unrest and impending fascism. Lovely bookstore, only wish it was bigger.

Amazing bookstore! Every time my family and I visit Vermont and are in the area, we stop in. I’ve never had a bad experience and everyone has always been very nice. The selection is good and they are always willing to order something you want but they don’t have in stock. I recently got a dog and brought her on vacation up here and was prepared to switch off with a family member so that everyone can go inside at some point. But! Dogs are allowed and they even have treats behind the counter for them. It was so nice and welcoming and great to get the pup out of the heat for a bit. 5/5 everything was wonderful!

I was able to find a couple books I was interested in. Small store but friendly.

Great staff, and they did order me a book that was exactly what I wanted, however; I find it very inappropriate, biased, and unprofessional to only sell books to one demographic of people. There we many many things in there that were very alarming to me that may have differing opinions. How is an entire book store allowed to only cater to one group of people, while completely bashing another? Super not okay.
