Great bookstore that is packed with a wide variety of titles and interest areas; truly something for everyone. The stock is super well organized and easy to browse, making finding new reads enjoyable. The owner was very helpful and welcoming as well. The children's section is bursting full and has a comfy rug and seating area. Of course, little gifts, stickers, cards, and journals if you are looking for a gift for yourself or others. Definitely recommend stopping by!

This independent bookstore in the heart of downtown Brandon always has the latest on the Indie Bestseller Lists as well as the classics. They carry a complete collection of the Vermont Middle-Grade Children's Book Award List (formerly known as the DCF Award) and will special order books for you. The Bookstore has an excellent selection of cards, puzzles, and games. It's a quiet and comfortable place to shop where you can take your time to browse and always find something new, no matter how many times you go. A real gem in this small community.

This is just a lovely bookstore. Stopped here on a visit to town with my wife and daughter. Found the selection of books to be fantastic. The owner was an absolute delight to speak with and made the visit that much better. Will be stopping back next time we are in the area!

The Bookstore is a small independent bookstore located in Brandon, Vermont. My bookclub has had meetings there on a regular basis before the pandemic and we certainly miss it. The vibe is very welcoming and while their inventory is limited by space, they will do everything they can to get a copy of the book you're looking for. They also have a friends/rewards program for you to join for around $30 a year where you can earn free credits for a certain amount you spend. I highly recommend visiting if you're ever in the area!
