Probably the lowest level of customer service support I have ever received from a local bookstore. I have sent in several emails about the issues I am running into and have never received a response. I am a bit confused on why they have a customer support email if they aren't going to utilize it. I have had to call in after multiple days with no response to hear how the issue isn't their fault and they have no plan to follow up on correcting it. Highly recommend you pick another bookstore to purchase from.
