I’ve always had good experiences at this UPS Store, which is why this was disappointing. The associate requested I pay $1 for a single strip of packing tape. In the past, if I didn’t have tape, it was provided without issue. I’m not sure if this is a new policy or poor customer service, but charging customers for one strip of tape is excessive. Instead of paying the $1, I went to Kroger and bought a full roll of packing tape for $2, which I’ll now keep with me if I ever need to return to this location. This practice negatively impacts the customer experience and should be reconsidered.

I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. Jennie is absolutely wonderful—so helpful, patient, and kind every time I stop in. She takes the time to answer questions and makes sure everything is done right. I know I can count on her and the rest of the team to make shipping, returns, and printing stress-free. Highly recommend this location!

I was unsatisfied with my experience. I walked in a couple weeks ago to take passport photo. I was looking for a digital copy so I can renew my passport online. The staff took my photo and there was no explanation as to what the process would be or asked what I was looking for. They took the photo, handed me a hard copy, and asked me to pay. The whole time they didn’t mention that they only do hard copies and no digital. I asked if it’s ok not to pay bc I wanted digital and they didn’t ever mention that they don’t do digital. The staff next to us then said “ well we already took the photo so she has to pay”. I found that very unprofessional because I was not talking to her, and her tone was condescending. This would have all been avoided if the staff announced at first that they do not do digital. I paid for the photos but it was the worst experience ever
