A gem, a quiet sanctuary from Soldotna’s traffic, a treasure trove of Alaska books, such as Fox Island Stories, and other great books. But that’s not all! Lucy’s Market, attached, has healthy lunches and fresh baked breads. Located on the owner’s original homestead. I will always stop in Rivercity Books when i travel through Soldotna. The lunch plate, packaged in a handy box, is perfect for a fishing trip. Rivercity Books is an all-time favorite. If you love books and healthy lunches, you’ll love this place.

Amazing food, friendly and customer forward service and wonderful baked goods served with a variety of unique and wonderful items to try. The book store is clean, creative and well organized and includes some wonderful seating to rest and eat the bakery food. A must stop for Soldotna and one of my favorite spots to show people or enjoy in privacy.

Very, clean, quiet atmosphere, has a coffee spot right next to the books, and every book you buy you get a dollar off your next visit....very amazing place
