Set & Setting

Set and Setting is a really fun, enjoyable shop with a wonderfully curated collection. They always have just the book I didn't know I needed, and I really enjoy their little extras -- stickers, zine kits, bookmarks, etc. The people there are also super helpful and kind. I can't recommend enough!

I really wnjoy this little bookshop. I came here on one of their book & craft swap nights, and had a wonderful time. I try and only buy 2nd hand books, and they had a wonderful selection here! My only complaint is this location sucks. Genuinly the area around here is all old rail roads and industry, then you come to a building with some murals and this store is inside there. I love how its in the west side of town, but like I never come here because there is literally nothing else in that area, and honestly I wouldn't go there when its dark. Really loved the staff here, I chatted with a woman and she was an absolute delight to just chit chat with! Ill come back for other events if I can, and buy more books!

I loved my visit! Kaylee gave me some wonderful advice on a good pick from the tightly edited selection of books AND I got a present for my dad AND they had coffee. Really great spot for community and reading.

Set & Setting has such a diverse collection of books and goodies, it's like she curated the shopping experience specifically for me; it's hard not to want to pack up the entire shop and take it home! I also love how involved the shop owner is with our community and supporting fellow local businesses!! I checked out the shop while I was attending a show at ArtPortal and was very impressed with how much cool stuff can fit inside such a teeny tiny space :) Excited to stop by again!
