Silver Dawn Books

Sterling and the Silver Dawn crew has been nothing short of amazing since the first day I walked through their doors. The love of books runs deep through the employees and it’s apparent as soon as you chat with them. One of my favorite parts of having a local bookstore in our town is them remembering out conversations and letting me know when they are getting books in that they think I will love. Every book I have gotten from them is in such good quality (new and used) and I love that you get a free used book with the purchase of a new book!! I also really appreciate the recommendations I have gotten from Silver Dawn, I have started to love books in different genres that I never thought to read. If you’re local to GF or just in our town, please stop into this special bookstore and I can’t wait to hear that you love it as much as I do!

Silver Dawn is a perfect example of a great local bookstore. I can always find a book to buy when I go in, and they offer great recommendations. They have local indie authors that come in for signings, and I have discovered a lot of new authors to follow that way. Everyone should go and visit!

As always - all book stores are five stars! I’ve never met a bad one! But this one is great to have for a local. The new location is such a pleasure to explore, with so many different nooks and crannies to explore, which is what makes for a peak used book store in my opinion - makes it easier to get lost 🧡

Great to have a book store back in GF. Familiar faces behind the counter is an added bonus. Store is laid out nicely and easy to find what you are craving to read. Thank you for carrying over the old Ferguson Book credits, greatly appreciated. Loved all the signed books and the local authors. Even a nice sitting area to relax and start reading your book.
