Shop St. John's Cathedral Bookstore & Gift Shop for the best reads and the best gifts in downtown Jacksonville, Florida, directly across from the St. John's Episcopal Cathedral. We offer in-person shopping and curbside purchase in addition to online orders. Our store hours are Monday-Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST, Friday 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST, and Sunday 8:45 a.m. - Noon EST. The Mission of St. Johns Cathedral Bookstore & Gift Shop is to extend the Cathedrals message of Love at the Core by: Connecting people with resources that enrich and inspire them on their faith journeys and provide for their spiritual and intellectual needs, as well as offering them carefully selected gifts for lifes occasions. Being a catalyst for creating an engaged and thoughtful community through educational programs, speakers, discussion groups, fellowship and outreach programs Generating profits for the ongoing support of the bookstore and Cathedral outreach ministries.

Nestled quietly in downtown area, this place is absolutely wonderful! Lots of the items for sale contribute to wonderful causes. Of course, I came out with more than I went in for! Beautiful books, jewelry and clothing. Pay attention to the socks! Some contributed to cats, dogs and even saw a giraffe! Beautiful items made by locals. Candles, coffees and teas as well. Children's section with books and bibles. Table had a great sale on selected items. Please stop by and visit if you have a few minutes!

I have just loved shopping at The Cathedral Bookstore and Gift shop long distance from North Carolina for years now!! Books. Gifts and clothing one would only find at other exclusive shops but affordable !! Recent order for 2 summer caftans are just lovely and so cool Staff is always caring and helpful. KATHRYN helped via phone to choose best size for me.!!!One of a kind place ! Surrounded by love. Go there!! be amazed°!!!

This is a hidden gem in downtown Jacksonville. I love shopping here and find not only the latest selections in books, bibles, and Christian print but also an awesome array of carefully selected gifts to purchase. The best part of shopping here is that the shop patronizes free trade companies, local artisans, and uses a percentage of store profits to support local charities. Shopping here is a win win opportunity for me to find books and gifts and I know that with my purchase I am also helping local charities. Also, if the Shop doesn’t have a book I need, I can shop online as well through Bookshop.org, an online bookstore with a mission to financially support local, independent bookstores such as The Cathedral Bookstore and Gift Shop. For 2021, book store profits of $5,000 was given to the help feed children in a local school through the Cathedral’s Back Pack Ministry.. P.S. The store has awesome sales.

The Cathedral bookstore is absolutely worth checking out. Books and gifts of all types, many locally sourced. Most of their gift shop items support local and international charities. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of free parking.
